José Eduardo Agualusa

José Eduardo Agualusa is an Angolan journalist and writer of Portuguese and Brazilian descent. His books have been translated into 25 languages. So far five of his books have been translated to English: Creole, (Arcadia 2002), The Book of Chameleons (Arcadia 2006), My father’s wives (Arcadia 2008), Rainy Season (2009, Arcadia), and General Theory of Oblivion (Penguin Random House 2015). His essay collection, Paradise and Other Hells comes to flipped eye, May 2021.
